JOHN RAE

John has been in practice for more than 15 years, and joined Carson and Partners in 2013. He has wide ranging experience in a variety of sectors and at a variety of scales, ranging from small residential developments and large scale urban regeneration schemes through speculative commercial office buildings to large power infrastructure projects.

All projects are defined by their attention to detail at all stages and he brings a robust understanding of various construction techniques to every job.

John’s design skills are complimented by good practical knowledge and ability to establish strong on-site relationships with all members of the design team and contractors, which is vital in delivering quality buildings. John studied at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and at Chalmers Technical School in Gothenburg, Sweden.
